• Blue Mind Freediving is a non-profit association (vereniging) under Dutch law, KVK number 96935685.
• Membership is open to individuals who share our mission of promoting freediving as an accessible sport.
• Members must complete the online registration form and receive confirmation before participating in activities.
• All membership contributions are used exclusively for pool lane rental, safety equipment, insurance, and community events.

• Training sessions take place at Sloterparkbad, Amsterdam, as scheduled on our website calendar.
• Pre-registration is required for all sessions. Space is limited to ensure safety and quality instruction.
• Participants must follow all instructions from certified instructors and safety divers at all times.
• The association reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to pool availability or safety concerns.

Freediving is an inherently risky activity. By participating in Blue Mind Freediving activities, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You must declare any medical conditions that could affect your ability to safely participate in freediving.
• Valid freediving insurance is required for participation in training sessions.
• You participate at your own risk. The association, its board members, instructors, and safety divers are not liable for injuries or damages unless caused by gross negligence.
• You must never freedive alone. The buddy system is mandatory during all sessions.

• Treat all members, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy.
• Follow pool facility rules and regulations at all times.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to an instructor immediately.
• Discrimination, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination.

Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions for promotional and community purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish to be photographed. See our Privacy Policy for details on how media is handled.

• Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us at info@bluemindfreediving.nl.
• The association may terminate a membership in case of repeated violations of these terms or the code of conduct.
• Membership contributions already paid are non-refundable, as they have been allocated to pool rental and operational costs.

The Blue Mind Freediving dive sites database — including all site names, descriptions, coordinates, depth data, conditions, tags, and curated metadata — is the intellectual property of Blue Mind Freediving and its contributors. This database is made available for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may use individual site information for personal trip planning and reference.
• Reproduction, redistribution, or republication of the database in whole or in part — on any platform, app, or dataset — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
• You may not use the database to train, fine-tune, or augment machine learning or AI models, including large language models, without explicit written consent.
• Organisations wishing to licence or collaborate on the data are welcome to contact us at info@bluemindfreediving.nl.

Access to bluemindfreediving.nl by automated means — including web scrapers, crawlers, bots, spiders, and data-extraction scripts — is subject to the following conditions:

• Search engine crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot) are permitted to index publicly accessible pages in accordance with our robots.txt file.
• Bulk automated extraction of dive site data, coordinates, descriptions, or any structured content from this website is prohibited, regardless of the technical method used.
• AI training crawlers and data-aggregation bots are prohibited from accessing the /dive-sites/ section of this website, as stated in our robots.txt.
• We reserve the right to block, throttle, or take legal action against any automated access that violates these terms or overloads our infrastructure.
